1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by LeadFlux ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

LeadFlux provides web development, AI automation, and digital marketing services for creators and small businesses. The specific scope, deliverables, and timeline for any project will be outlined in a separate agreement or proposal.

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information as needed for the project
• Respond to communications and requests in a timely manner
• Provide necessary access, credentials, or materials required for the work
• Review and provide feedback on deliverables within agreed timeframes
• Make payments according to the agreed schedule

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual project proposals or agreements. Generally:

• A deposit may be required before work begins
• Invoices are due within the timeframe specified (typically 14-30 days)
• Late payments may result in project delays or suspension of services
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the agreement

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you will own the final deliverables created specifically for your project, unless otherwise specified. We retain the right to:

• Use general knowledge and skills gained during the project
• Showcase the work in our portfolio (unless confidentiality is agreed)
• Retain ownership of any pre-existing tools, templates, or frameworks used

6. Confidentiality

We will treat all information you provide as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties without your consent, except as required by law or as necessary to provide the services.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LeadFlux shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific services in question.

8. Warranties

We warrant that our services will be performed professionally and in accordance with industry standards. However, we do not guarantee specific results, rankings, or outcomes, as these depend on many factors beyond our control.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. Upon termination:

• Payment is due for all work completed up to the termination date
• Any deposits for uncompleted work may be partially refundable at our discretion
• You will receive all completed deliverables for which payment has been made

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, through the appropriate courts in Bangalore, India.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
